This book was suggested to me at a time in my life when I was well over 300 lbs. Using the advice in this book, by diet alone, I started losing weight as rapidly as the book claimed I would. I followed the advice, allowing myself a fairly strict diet from Monday through Saturday, and then eating WHATEVER I WANT on Sundays and within a month lost 30 pounds.
So for anyone willing to take it seriously, check out this book. The ideas it shares truly are uncommon, but effective.
And don't automatically go to the instructional chapter for the 15-minute orgasm. You've got to work your way up to it.
